The Fine Print

Our Booking policy

• Because we are a truly remote operation, we have substantial preparatory costs. This is the primary reason for our robust booking and payment policy. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and/or interruption insurance. Please visit our partners at Acera Insurance for a direct quote.

• To secure your booking, you will be required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risks participant agreement. This agreement can be signed digitally through our signing platform Adobe Acrobat.

• A $5,000 per person deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking. For exclusive bookings, we require a deposit of $20,000. Deposits are due within 7 days once you’ve received an invoice.

• Once received, your deposit is fully refundable until April 15th. The deposit becomes non-refundable after April 15th.

• Full payment is due by October 15th.

• If you need to cancel your trip for any reason after April 15th, we will do our very best to find a replacement. If we are able to fill your spot(s), most (or) all of your payment will be refunded. This process may prove to be labour intensive and/or we may be forced to discount the seat in order to find a replacement; for these reasons, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit in very special circumstances. However, we do respect your investment and the trust you place in us, and will work diligently to fill your spot(s).

Release of liability waiver

All guests will be required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risks participant agreement prior to booking. The waiver will also be presented and signed in-person after our safety briefing at the lodge. In the meantime, please find a copy of the waiver here.
